Grand hall получил золотую медаль в номинации "Фаворит года – 2011"

В рамках конкурса "Торговая марка года – 2011" Торгово-промышленная палата Республики Молдова вручила главный приз золотой Меркурий компании IM „Manolii„ SRL , основателю торгового центра Grand Hall .
2 февраля 2012 г. в рамках официальной церемонии награждения победителей конкурса Grand Hall получил золотого Меркурия в номинации "Фаворит года – 2011".
Конкурс "Торговая марка года" был основан Торгово-промышленной палатой в 2003 году и проводится ежегодно в сотрудничестве с Государственным агентством по интеллектуальной собственности. В рамках конкурса отмечаются эффективные способы продвижения марок, оригинальность создателей брендов, а также степень признания марок потребителями.
« В январе 2011 г. мы приступили к реконструкции здания «Grand Hall», чтобы придать ему новый архитектурный облик, создать максимум удобств для покупателей, в том числе для людей с ограниченными возможностями, наконец, оживить практику семейных покупок. Инвестиции составили 7 млн. евро, столько потребовал запуск концептуально нового проекта, разработанного в соответствии с мировыми стандартами. Площадь объекта расширились до 20200 тысяч квадратных метров, а коммерческая 10500 тыс. кв.м. Реконструкция была проведена в рекордные сроки, всего за 9 месяцев. В итоге, в столице появилось красивое современное сооружение с использованием отделочных материалов последнего поколения. Сегодня посещаемость «Grand Hall- Baby Hall» на уровне 5-7 тысяч человек в день. И на этом мы не останавливаемся и планируем увеличить трафик еще как минимум на 50%. У нас грамотное соотношение цены-качества, удобное месторасположение коммерческого центра в самом центре столицы. Un amplu proiect al holdingului „Elita 5” îl constituie Centrul Comercial Grand Hall, reconstrucţia cărui s-a încununat cu succes şi la timp, în termenii stabiliţi de conducerea companiei. În prezent Centru Comercial - Grand Hall este unul dintre cele mai mari Centre Comerciale din Republică, un centru de importanţă republicană. În cazul când Gara Feroviară, alături de care este amplasat Centrul Comercial, este numită „Inima oraşului” atunci Centrul Comercial Grand Hall este primul care întâmpină oaspeţii oraşului, demonstrând, că Chişinăul este oraşul unde se îmbină armonios noile edificii moderne cu construcţiile şi monumentele vechi istorice. Aspectul arhitectural al edificiului este elaborat de către “Institutul de arhitectura” arhitectul Grişco, iar designul a fost efectuat de către compania “Gorgona” SRL – autor Prodan V. Faţada edificiului se adaptează bine la mediul diferit al construcţiilor din preajmă şi este o mostră a celor mai moderne Centre Comerciale. Construcţia din patru nivele este îndreptată spre gara feroviară şi este efectuată în formă de curbă conexă, iar iluminarea artificială ce va fi folosită seara şi pe timp de noapte pe terenul aferent din faţă va permite crearea unei caracteristici spectaculoase de iluminare a centrului. În plan complexul a fost creat în forma unui pătrat ce are în mijloc două curţi interioare – atrium – una fiind amplasată la intrarea în Centrul Comercial din partea Bulevardului Cantemir şi cealaltă în centrul edificiului.

The “Retail Group” company leaded by him was working during two years on the creation of a new concept of the “Grand Hall” Commercial and Entertainment Center. Reconstruction of the object is getting closer to its end and today Mr. Laufer is engaged in the selection of lessees suitable for its concept. The Romanian business consultant has shared with the readers of “LP” the information regarding the renewed “Grand Hall” shopping center and its competitive advantages.
The decision of the commercial format change was taken by the shopping center owner, Alexandr Pinchevskyi, as early as in 2008, but the crisis has postponed the investor’s plans. Up to the end of the last year there was carried on the analysis of Moldavian retail situation, and there were studied the specifics of the operation of competing structures, as well as the conduct of their lessees and the reasons of several franchisees outflow.
In Chisinau is carried out the reconstruction of the shopping center “Grand Hall” in full blast that belongs to the holding “Elita-5”.
The construction works began in January 2011, its rates are carried out according to the stipulated date, and therefore the renewed object will be opened in December this year. Nowadays the company actively occupies with the selection of tenants and occupancy of future trade zones. Taking into consideration the number of applications, the new format of “Grand Hall” seriously interested the merchants from Chisinau.
