In January 2011, the shopping center Grand Hall was closed for reconstruction. The center is situated at the highway crossing downtown.
After the reconstruction, the total area of the shopping center will be expanded more than twice and will be of 12000 sq.m. Moreover, the commercial area will be of 6000 sq.m.

The shopping center Grand Hall is looking to cooperate with all the tenants interested in the stable development of their business.The management company of the center gives a special attention to the strategy of tenants’ selection, realized in compliance with center’s developed concept and according to the politics “The tenant and the Shopping Center are a team!”

The mission of the shopping center is both to rent the commercial spaces and to obtain financial stability and success of its tenants, which will provide work stability and competitiveness of the shopping center.The estimated high number of customers who will visit the shopping center and the intensive road traffic across the Cantemir str. and Negruzzi blvd. will create outstanding facilities for the efficient work of shops and departments located in the shopping center.

The spaces for rent are of 15 sq.m and more. At tenants’ convenience, the building will be provided with a goods elevator, and will make available services of loaders, members of support staff, cleaners. The technical equipment of the building and sufficient insurance of utilities (electrical supply, water supply, heat supply etc.)will meet the actual requirements and high standards. The center has a free parking space for 100 vehicles.

The shopping center will be provided with a moving ramp, elevator, efficient ventilation system, video control system, fire response panel.
The security service will ensure 24 hours a day the order and safety on the territory of the shopping center.

Start-up date – October 2001. 
Official opening – December 2011.
